Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to providing top quality products and we want you to love what we offer 100% but if you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@volumelashesco.com as soon as possible!

Returns and exchanges of unopened, re-sellable products in their original packages are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Volume Lashes Co™ is not responsible for any shipping costs therefore any fees required will be deducted from the refund and the remainder amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

For hygiene purposes, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or your product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace your item at no additional cost.

  • Competition entry tickets
  • Private or Group Classes
  • Online training courses
  • Gift Cards

 

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt with pictures of the damage to info@volumelashesco.com.

 

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Email us at info@volumelashesco.com with your order number and your request (i.e. return, exchange...) in the email subject line. Order number can be found in your confirmation email.
  2. Once sent, please allow up to 2-3 business days for a customer service representative to process your request.
  3. Print your label: a shipping label will then be sent to you via email. If you cannot print at home, a carrier location or office retailer may be able to assist you.
  4. Package your items: Place your item(s) and packing slip (if you were sent one) inside a sturdy container similar to the original packaging you received it in. Make sure no addresses or barcodes from previous labels are visible, then attach your shipping label.
  5. Ship it: drop off your package at the nearest carrier location to you and obtain the tracking information to follow its delivery.

 

IN STORE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For purchases that were picked up in store, please email us at

info@volumelashesco.com to set up a return/exchange process.

You will then be able to bring your items back to the distributor location in the aforementioned conditions along with your receipt / confirmation slip from your initial order.
